Ice Coast Revival

A ski resort tycoon game that runs in your browser.

Ice Coast Revival is a single-player ski resort building and management game. You take over a foreclosed mountain in a New England valley and bring it back to life: rebuild lifts, clear runs through the forest, manage snow, staff, and pricing, and win back a living crowd of individually simulated skiers, one good afternoon at a time.

What you do

A Northeast ski story

The career map is rooted in real lost ski areas from Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine. Hills whose rope tows, chairlifts, and trail signs have disappeared or gone quiet provide the starting point. Ice Coast Revival turns that history into an operator's challenge, not a museum piece.

These are modest, forested Northeast mountains rather than giant western peaks. Old lifts, uncertain snow, warm lodge windows, and tight finances shape the work. The hopeful part is yours: revive abandoned ski areas, reconnect their trails, and make them matter to a local community again.

Where to play

Ice Coast Revival runs in desktop and mobile browsers. iOS and Android betas are underway, and a Steam release is planned.
