Delete Your Account

You can request deletion in the Game while signed in, or by emailing us from the address on your account. Firn LLC operates Ice Coast Revival.

Delete your account in the Game

  1. Sign in to the Ice Coast Revival account you want to delete.
  2. Open the Account page.
  3. Select Request account deletion and confirm.

Your request starts a 30-day grace period. During those 30 days, sign back in and use the Account page to cancel the request if you change your mind.

Request deletion while signed out

Email privacy@icecoastrevival.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete your Ice Coast Revival account.

What deletion removes

When the grace period ends, deletion removes your cloud account and cloud saves. Local saves stored on your device are not removed. You can remove those separately by clearing the Game’s local app or browser data.

Purchases and refunds

Deleting your account does not itself cancel, reverse, or refund a purchase. Purchases and refunds are governed by the store you bought through. See our Terms of Service for details.
